When you sign a contract with Aspire, you are assigned a dedicated team consisting of your Account Executive and Provisioning Co-ordinator, and you’ll have direct access to both those individuals’ line managers.
It’s no secret that with larger companies, the customer service process can feel impersonal and frustrating, and it can be almost impossible to get the right person on the phone. By contrast, we actively avoid this – whether you have an issue, a query, or want to speak to a specific person, all you need to do is call or email them directly.
We install more circuits with organisations such as BT and Virgin than almost any other organisation. In turn, this gives us unparalleled access to senior people all the way to board level. We can use these relationships to escalate and improve delivery when we need to do so.
